Once Upon A Sign

Blending myth, storytelling motifs, this book invites readers to see their life as a sacred narrative.

Once Upon a Sign is a transformational, soul-mapping book that helps readers decode the signs, synchronicities, and archetypes that shape their lives. Follow your heart and listen to the universe. Once Upon a Sign encourages readers to recognise the signs and synchronicities in their lives, such as feathers, angel numbers, spirit animals and coincidences, inviting them to tune into the divine messages they reveal.

Polly Staniford shares anecdotes from her remarkable life’s journey, including transitioning from co-founder of award-winning film and television company Aquarius Films, to healer and guide. She invites readers to uncover their own hidden patterns, receive the universe’s guidance, and consciously rewrite their stories with clarity and purpose.

With over two decades experience as a globally recognised filmmaker, alongside her work as an intuitive healer, Polly brings a storyteller’s precision to the spiritual realm - translating ancient archetypes, soul callings, and signs & synchronicities into a clear, transformative path.

Author Polly Staniford is part Hollywood storyteller, part energy healer, and part soul midwife. For over two decades, she worked at the highest levels of the global film and television industry. Her career has been built on crafting unforgettable character arcs and deeply human stories.
