Join Karine Gordineer, herbalist and shamanic practitioner, on an explorative journey to discover how plants can help and heal us. Learn about the remarkable adaptability and resilience of plants and humanity’s longstanding relationship with the botanical world, and explore the concept of plant consciousness and how you can honor the plants around you.

Discover how to communicate with plants through a variety of practices, including meditation, breathwork, shamanic journeying, vocal toning, and crafting herbal oils and flower essences, all designed to help you develop deep, sacred bonds with the green world. Meet specific Plant Allies, such as Mugwort, Daisy, Eucalyptus, and Hibiscus, and learn about the ancient medicine and guidance rooted within them.

Plant Spirit Wisdom encourages you to look beyond the plants’ physical forms and into their souls, to aid healing, balance emotions, and experience connection with the natural world on a deeply personal level.
