Caterpillar Forever!

A caterpillar tries to avoid his inevitable metamorphosis into a butterfly in this laugh-out-loud picture book about growing up and coping with change that makes a perfect gift for graduations or other milestones.

Caterpillar loves being a caterpillar. He gets to laze around and eat all day, and he’s a lovely shade of green. So when he finds out he’s destined to become a butterfly, Caterpillar decides he wants no part of it—resulting in hijinks like wearing oven mitts so he can’t make a chrysalis and constructing a reverse-alis to undo his unwanted transformation.

But when the former caterpillar is forced to pause and reflect, he realizes his first day as a butterfly has been filled with fun and adventure! Maybe Butterfly will give this new phase of a life a chance after all.
