Haunted by lost love, self-destruction, and the impossible idea of “home,” Dan spirals through a world populated by addicts, artists, bartenders, hustlers, musicians, and fellow travelers, searching for meaning in the aftermath of betrayal and the slow erosion of identity. Along the way, moments of absurd humor, tenderness, and unexpected grace emerge from the chaos.
